ALMOND MILK

Ingredients

 

  • 250gr almonds
  • 1l water

Preparation

250gr of almonds leave to soak in a bottled still water over night. Pour water in the morning and put almonds in a blender, add bottled water (three times more water than almonds). Blend for several minutes. Filter through a sieve or gauze. Milk could be kept in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. Pulp should be kept and used as one of ingredients for cakes, for example in SEXY BALLS.
