Ingredients
- 100 grams of dried figs and apricots - organic
- 50 grams of organic dried apples
- 2 cinnamon sticks from organic or fair-trade
- 1 organic vanilla bean
Preparation
Cut the figs and apricots, stems removed, and dice the apple. Put all ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water, leaving overnight to soak. Remove vanilla and remove seeds, returning them to the saucepan. Bring to boil, simmering for 15-20 mins or until most of the water dissolves. Remove cinnamon and serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
