- 2 dcl organic milk(rice or almond)
- 1 cup chia seeds
- Manuka honey
- 2 organic apple
- The organic cinnamon
Preparation
Chia seeds are one of the most nutrient-dense foods available. Pour 2 dcl org.milk(rice or almond) in a bowl, then add a cup of Chie and 1 spoon of manuka honey. Mixture and allow chie to soak overnight.In the morning, sprinkle with cinnamon organic apple,banana or seasonal fruit.
